Time for some Southern Rock, All the way from Paso Robles, California, USA. Madstone have released the album 'Heavy Thunder' with eight southern beauties to rock out too. First up we have the Title track 'Heavy Thunder' from the off you know your going to love this song. with the twin guitar treat you get from Mark Doolin and James Stone who is also on Vocals. Then we get a real Rockin number in 'Mr Bones Wild Ride' keeping the awesome beat on Drums is Tommy Souza. Straight into another foot stomping great in 'She Said No' then to the Ballad 'Freedom isn't Free' Dedicated to the men and women who gave their lives and them who struggle with injuries and mental torment after the war. They have released a great video as a tribute, So be sure to give it a watch and show your support. This is a great album. 'Drink My Wine' is a nice smooth track with Al Young pulling the strings on Bass. Then we get the to the final track 'Angels Blade' time for a bit of head banging. Some great Guitar and Drums here. Real pleasure to hear such a great album.
