This is her own journey and suffering that Minna has chosen to share with everyone. People can't see the struggles of what is within peoples minds. They seem happy, but underneath all of the play acting is a lot of suffering. Today there is hundreds of lives lost to Mental Health. The answer they say is to talk to someone. You could have a thousand friends to talk too, but in your own mind you are alone. Do they really want to listen. It's an Evil illness that we all suffer from. Some people are strong, some people just don't have the will to fight. The Video itself you can connect with too. You look around people sit next to you, You wonder what they are thinking are they judging you cause the way you look, the way you act. it's a journey of life with every day living. If only it could be so easy. To be able to break out in song and have people take notice about what's really going on in the mind and soul. Really love this Video.
